We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive with 0-3 years of experience in the Tours and Travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, developing innovative marketing strategies, and promoting travel packages and services to customers. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential customers for tour and travel services (corporates, groups, and individual travelers). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty. Sales Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting holiday packages, tickets, hotel bookings, and travel itineraries. Upsell and cross-sell travel services such as insurance, transport, and guided tours. Lead Management: Handle inbound leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into bookings. Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers for future reference. Negotiation: Negotiate prices with vendors, airlines, hotels, and other partners to secure the best deals for clients. Marketing Responsibilities Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel services through online and offline channels. Create brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for packages and special offers. Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to boost engagement and visibility. Run targeted advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for travel packages. Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify travel trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Provide insights to management for developing new travel packages and promotional strategies. Event Coordination: Plan and organize travel expos, webinars, and promotional events to attract potential customers. Branding and Content Creation: Work closely with graphic designers and content writers to produce visually appealing content on hotels. Create blogs, newsletters, and articles to showcase unique travel destinations. Required Skills and Competencies Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to convert inquiries into bookings effectively. Marketing Skills: Understanding of online and offline marketing strategies. Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and vendors. Customer Service: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and resolving client concerns promptly. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and travel booking platforms Educational Qualifications Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. Certifications in travel and tourism (e.g., IATA certification) are an added advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly and quarterly sales revenue. Customer acquisition and retention rate. Engagement rates on digital marketing campaigns. Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT). Number of successful marketing campaigns executed.
