Please read carefully our Terms & Conditions mentioned below before using our portal services / information or any part of this portal.
The Terms & Condition herein are termed as an “Agreement” between TCPL and the user / visitor / member / subscriber. The major purpose and objective of Dialurban is to serve as a preliminary medium of contact for exchange of information for its users / members / visitors who have a bonafide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job / employment vacancies and for other career development services / information.
This website www.dialurban.com , including any sub-domains, and any other websites through which its services are made available like our mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, and application program interfaces etc, (hereinafter collectively referred to as "dialurban or Dialurban") is owned, hosted, operated and managed by Triptales Commercials Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TCPL), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. These terms and conditions, privacy policy and guidelines regulating the use of these Services constitute a legally binding agreement between dialurban and the User (the “Agreement”).
Dialurban and/or any other website(s) linked to this website is an online information and communications service platform provided to you, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
By accessing or using “dialurban”, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions set forth in the website. By using this platform you indicate your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you should not access or use ‘dialurban”. In the event of non-compliance with this terms & condition, dialurban has the right to limit or terminate your access or usage rights to the platform immediately or remove non-compliant information or both as the case may be, in accordance with the information technology (intermediary guidelines and digital media ethics code) rules, 2021. TCPL may amend/modify any of these points in the privacy policy and terms & conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified privacy policy and terms & conditions on dialurban. You should review the amendments related to privacy policy and terms & conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of dialurban, shall be deemed as a conclusive proof of your acceptance of these modified privacy policy and terms & conditions, as amended / modified from time to time. TCPL shall suspend the operation of dialurban for support or technical up gradation, maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason. If you use dialurban in a manner inconsistent with these privacy policy and terms & conditions, then TCPL may terminate your access, block your future access.

General Terms of Use –
Once you access or use dialurban’s online and/or mobile services, including but not limited to any dialurban mobile application and browser extension or plugin, Dialurban Apps, services described in these Terms & Conditions, it is assumed, you represent that you have read and understand the Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy and you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
“The Site” refers to the website or mobile App of Dialurban services. The Site is made available for use only by individuals searching for employment openings, or services or information related to their personal employment or job search (“Job Seekers”), by individuals and/or organizations seeking information related to hiring or human resources, seeking Job Seekers, or seeking to make available information regarding employment openings, on their behalf or other’s behalf, including but not limited to agencies purchasing for multiple parties and employment agencies (“Employers”). Dialurban may also act as an employment agency on behalf of Employers who purchase such services, through its affiliates or associates
You acknowledge and agree that your license to use the Site is automatically revoked upon your attempt to use the Site for any other purpose. If you are accessing or using the Site in your capacity as an employee or other representative of an Employer, you are agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and such Employer, as applicable, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such Employer, as applicable, to this Agreement.
We may change this Agreement by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised Agreement through the Site. Any such changes will not apply to any claim brought prior to the date on which we posted the revised Agreement incorporating such changes, or otherwise notified you of such changes. Your access to or use of the Site following any changes to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such changes. The “Last Updated” legends in each section of the terms and conditions indicate when this Agreement was last changed. We may, at any time and without liability, modify or discontinue all or part of the Site (including access to the Site via any third-party links); charge, modify or waive any fees required to use the Site; or offer opportunities to some or all Site users.
Dialurban (and related products and services) that is subscribe to or used (whether the same is paid for by you or not) is meant for the Purpose and only the exclusive use of the subscriber/registered user. Copying or downloading or recreating or sharing passwords or sublicensing or sharing in any manner which is not in accordance with these terms, is a misuse of the platform or service or product and TCPL reserves its rights to act in such manner as to protect its loss of revenue or reputation; or claim damages including stopping your service or access and reporting to relevant authorities. In the event you are found to be copying or misusing or transmitting any data or photographs or graphics or any information available on Dialurban for any direct / indirect purpose other than that being a bonafide Purpose, we reserve the right to take such action that we deem fit including stopping access and claiming damages.
The site is a public site with free access and TCPL assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of responses. TCPL cannot monitor the responses that a person may receive in response to information he/she has displayed on the site. The individual/company would have to conduct its own background checks on the bonafide nature of all response(s).
You give us permission to use the information about actions that you have taken during usages on Dialurban in connection with ads, offers and other content (whether listed, sponsored or not) that we display across our services, without any compensation to you. We use data and information about you to make relevant suggestions and recommendation to you and others.
The platform may contain links to third party websites, which are provided solely as convenience to You and the presence of these links should not under any circumstances be considered as an endorsement of the contents of the same, if You chose to access these third party websites you can do so at your own risk.
While using this platform you have shown obligation to provide only true and correct information and in the case of creating a profile you undertake at all times to keep the information up to date. TCPL will not be liable on account of any inaccuracy of information on this platform / web site.
TCPL does not share personally identifiable sensitive data of any individual with other companies / entities without obtaining permission. TCPL shall share all such information that it has in its possession in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena or any kind of Government led enquiry.
The user undertakes to use dialurban for his/her own purposes. Using content from dialurban for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent from TCPL is strictly prohibited.
Users shall not spam the platform maintained by dialurban or indiscriminately and repeatedly post jobs/forward mail indiscriminately etc. Any conduct of the user in violation of this clause shall entitle TCPL to terminate all services to the user without notice and to forfeit any amounts paid by the user.
The user shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
The user expressly states that the resume/insertion or information/ data being fed into the platform by the user is correct and complete in all respects and does not contain any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent or misleading facts or averments. TCPL expressly disclaims any liability arising out of the said resume insertion/information/ data so fed into the platform of dialurban by the user. Further, the user agrees to indemnify TCPL for all losses incurred by TCPL due to any false, distorted, manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averments made by the user on dialurban.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the User identification and password, and all activities and transactions performed by the User through his user identification shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving credit cards / debit cards or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions; and TCPL assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards / debit cards used by the subscriber online / off-line.
The User/Subscriber/Visitor to Dialurban and/or its associates does hereby specifically agree that he/she shall, at all times, comply with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000 as also rules, regulations, guidelines, bye laws and notifications made thereunder, while assessing or feeding any resume/ insertion or information/data into the computers, computer systems or platform of TCPL / dialurban.
The said User/ subscriber/ visitor to Dialurban and/or its associates does further unequivocally declare that in case he violates any provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and/or rules, regulations, guidelines, byelaws and notifications made there under, he/she shall alone be responsible for all his/her acts, deeds and things and that he/she alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force.
The User is solely responsible for obtaining, at his own cost, all licenses, permits, consents, approvals and intellectual property or other rights as may be required by the user for using the Service of dialurban.
The user/member/visitor represents, warrants and covenants that the use of dialurban shall not be done in order to result the following acts:
- TCPL will make best efforts to do so but does not warrant that any of the web sites or any associate site(s) or platform linked to it is free of any operational errors nor does it warrant that it will be free of any virus, computer contaminant, worm, or other harmful components.
- Violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law, ordinance, rule or regulation;
- Interfere with or disrupt the use of Dialurban by any other user, nor threaten, or in any manner harass another user;
- Use Dialurban in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or hacking or access to the computer systems of other users;
- Reproduce, copy, modify, sell, store, distribute or exploit any commercial purposes, any content or material of Dialurban;
- Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access;
- Constitute an act of reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering or otherwise attempting to derive the source code for the website or any related technology or any part thereof;
- The Site uses technological means to exclude Robots etc. from crawling it and scraping content. You undertake not to circumvent these methods.
- Attempt or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
- Extracting data from Dialurban using any automated process such as spiders, crawlers etc. or through any manual process for a purpose which has not been authorised in writing.
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
- Subscribers shall under no circumstance sublicense, assign, or transfer the License, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer is void.
- Constitute hosting, modifying, uploading, posting, transmitting, publishing, or distributing any material or information
- For which you do not have all necessary authorisation, rights and licenses;
- Which infringes, violates, breaches or otherwise contravenes the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right;
- Which contains a computer virus, or other code, files or programs intending in any manner to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of Dialurban;
- That threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
- That is grossly hateful, harmful, harassing, money laundering, or which may be perceived as being threatening, abusive, defamatory, libellous /blasphemous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
- That harms minors in any way.
TCPL reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms & conditions at any time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.
The subscription / agreement between TCPL and the subscriber / user is not a "non-poach agreement" nor can the same be termed or used as an alternative to "non-poach agreement" in as much as TCPL / dialurban is a public site and all information posted by dialurban goes to the public domain except information / data which is specifically assigned a non-public / private data.
TCPL controls and operates this Platform from its headquarters in Bhubaneswar and makes no representation that the materials on Dialurban are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use this Website from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries.
TCPL has no agents and does not operate through any agents.
The Terms and conditions mentioned above regulate the usage of dialurban. Any person using dialurban in violation of the stipulations contained in the Terms and Conditions of dialurban shall render himself/herself liable to appropriate action in a court of law both civil and criminal.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless TCPL, its directors, officers, employers, associates, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of, relating to, or resulting from your use of the services obtained through dialurban including but not limited to information provided by you or any other matter relating to dialurban.
In case of any dispute arises between a user/users/members and TCPL arising out of use of Dialurban or thereafter, in connection with the alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by the TCPL. Decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties to the dispute. The place of arbitration shall be Bhubaneswar, India. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended, shall govern the arbitration proceedings.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use and General Terms shall be at court of law located in Bhubaneswar jurisdiction, India.
The user of dialurban is subject to the Privacy & Cookies Policy available in the website.
In case of non compliance of these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy TCPL may terminate usage rights and take down any offending information that might have been uploaded by such subscriber/user
Registration & Terms of Use for Job Seekers –
By creating your resume through the Site or uploading a resume on the Site, you are requesting and authorizing Dialurban to make your resume available to third parties, such as Employers & Consultants.
By creating & uploading a Resume on Dialurban, Dialurban may share with you Job Posts that match the contents of Your Resume. Applying for such Job Posts does not guarantee job interviews or hiring. Even where Dialurban highlights items or a Job Ad is shared with you, Dialurban assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of Job Posts or highlights. By creating or uploading Your Resume, you are requesting and authorizing Dialurban, or a Dialurban vendor, to review or scan Your Resume and provide you feedback (optional), including suggested changes. Dialurban assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for the resume or application information you post, send or receive through the Site. By uploading a resume on the Site, you agree that Dialurban may convert your resume to a different file type. It is your responsibility to review Your Resume to ensure that the content appears as you intend, and that it contains the right information or any information you intend to include or update. For security purpose Dialurban may hide your contact information, like your email address and/or phone number, from Your Resume or application.
Dialurban may automatically send you recommended jobs via the email address you use to create a Dialurban member account or apply to a job.
Dialurban may create and make available Job Posts which is meant for advertising employment opportunities and job-related content, including links to third-party websites, through Dialurban’s search results. Searching for Job Posts on Dialurban is free for Job Seekers. Job Posts are created and provided by third parties over whom Dialurban exercises no control; you acknowledge and understand that Dialurban has no control over the content of Job Ads, links to or from Job Ads, or any conditions third parties might impose once a Job Seeker has submitted an application or left the Site. For example, some of these third parties may attempt to charge Job Seekers a fee to apply to a particular job, although Dialurban endeavors not to make such Job Posts available on the Site. If you leave the Dialurban Site and choose to enter a third-party website, you accept any terms and conditions imposed by that third-party.
Dialurban may offer you the opportunity to receive a text message interview reminder from Dialurban when an Employer has scheduled interviews with you. In the event you change your phone number, you agree to promptly update your Dialurban account with the new number. We also cannot vouch for the technical capabilities of any third parties to receive such text messages.
By using Dialurban, you agree that Dialurban is not responsible for the content of the Employer’s job application, messages, information, assessments or their communication method, and that Dialurban does not guarantee receipt of your application by the Employer, or your receipt of messages from the Employer. Dialurban cannot guarantee that the Employer will consider such an application or make a particular determination with regard to such an application. Dialurban does not guarantee the validity of a job offer and cautions Job Seekers to verify the validity of a job offer before taking an adverse action regarding their current employment situations. Job Seekers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Employer or job offer. Dialurban does not guarantee the identity of an Employer or any individuals working for any Employers, and cautions Job Seekers when applying to jobs. Dialurban cannot make any guarantee regarding health and safety measures in an Employer’s hiring or interviewing process. Dialurban recommends Job Seekers follow personal health and safety best practices as recommended by experts.
When you search for jobs on the Dialurban Job Search app and proceed to apply for a job, including jobs on third party sites, Dialurban may suggest information from your Dialurban profile to include in your application. It is your responsibility to review suggestions before accepting them and including them on your application.
You understand and agree that there is no protection for any information you share or data that you transmit while participating in virtual interviews including, but not limited to, audio/visual content, interview questions and answers, or your image or likeness. You acknowledge and agree that dialurban is not responsible for securing or protecting any data or information that you share or transmit during your use of virtual interviews. Dialurban assumes no liability for the misuse of any data you share or transmit through use of virtual interviews.
You understand and agree that you access and use virtual interviews at your own discretion and risk and that dialurban disclaims all liability arising out of your use of virtual interviews.
Registration & Terms of Use For Employers-
This section apply to all Employers and other users who access or use the Site as intended for individuals and/or organizations seeking to make available information regarding employment openings. For all references to “you” or “your” shall mean you i.e the individual or organization accessing this Site in your capacity as an Employer.
When you create an Dialurban account, you agree that this Agreement, the terms associated with any Dialurban service you are using, and all of Dialurban’s policies, including the Dialurban Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, apply to you.
In some instances, multiple users may be linked to the same account. In this case the primary account owner(s), Admin(s) of an Employer account invites other users to the same account. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dialurban from any allegations, claims, legal suits, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, obligations, losses, settlements, costs and expenses
As an Employer, your account is for business use and not for personal use. Dialurban is not responsible for and disclaims all liability if your email is used improperly or falsely by a third party. By registering for a Dialurban account, you agree to receive mandatory email updates regarding anomalous activity to your Dialurban account. If you attempt to send an email from a name or email address that is not true, accurate, and current or complete, we reserve the right to drop such email, and attempting to send such email is a violation of our terms.
If you have provided a billing address to us, and in case of any change, you must update the same in your account.
You understand that Dialurban may display publicly available information about your company on our site, in accordance with applicable law. You authorize Dialurban to claim such information for you on your behalf. You agree that you are solely responsible for any content you edit or put on our site, whether generated by or for you, including but not limited to photograph(s) or videos you provide, and third-party websites reachable from content you put.
You understand and agree that there is no protection for any information you share or data that you transmit while participating in virtual interviews including, but not limited to, audio/visual content, your image or likeness or interview questions and answers. You acknowledge and agree that dialurban is not responsible for securing or protecting any data or information that you share or transmit during your use of virtual interviews. Dialurban assumes no liability for the misuse of any data you share or transmit through use of virtual interviews. You further acknowledge and agree that dialurban does not assume any responsibility for availability or retention of any recordings of virtual interviews.
You understand and agree that you access and use virtual interviews at your own discretion and risk and that dialurban disclaim all liability arising out of your use of virtual interviews.
For All Users / Members / Viewers –
The following terms and conditions apply to all Job Seekers, Employers, and other users who access or use the Site, or otherwise indicate their acceptance to this Agreement. For purposes of this Section of the Dialurban Terms & Conditions, all references to “you” or “your” shall mean you, the individual or organization accessing this Site in any capacity.
While using Dialurban Site, you agree to Dialurban any and all activities you take on the Site and any and all interactions and communications you have with, or through the Site, including, but not limited to, knowing, processing, analyzing, and recording which areas of the Site you visit (including URLs), which data you input, where you click, scroll, mouse over, or otherwise interact with or communicate with or through the Site, the timing of each activity, and time spent on each activity. The Site cannot work as Dialurban intends it to work unless Dialurban undertakes such activities. If you do not want your actions to be processed, analyzed, or recorded this way, do not use the Site.
Periodically, Dialurban may do maintenance and test improvements to our Site and services. Such tests may affect, working on the site. You agree that Dialurban may conduct such tests, which are meant to improve the effectiveness of our services.
Dialurban contains links to other sites on the Internet which are owned and/or operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Dialurban is not responsible or liable for any such third parties or for the availability of, or the materials located on or through any third party Sites. Dialurban may provide you with links to third party sites that offer you services for your use or benefit. We may stop offering any such third party sites or services at any time. If you choose to use such third party sites or services, you enter into an agreement with such third party alone at your own risk. When entering into an agreement with such parties, you are giving them your data directly and your rights and their obligations are determined by their privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for any content or services provided by these third parties, and disclaim all liability from anything that may occur when you utilize such third parties. We are additionally not responsible for any payment that may be asked of you by such third party. You will be notified on the site that these are third party sites and services, and not Dialurban.
Use of any automated system or software, whether operated by a third party or otherwise, to extract data from the Site (such as screen scraping or crawling) is prohibited. Dialurban reserves the right to take such action as it considers necessary, including issuing legal proceedings, in relation to any unauthorized use of the Site. If you wish to make commercial use of the Site, if you wish to make use of the Site in any capacity other than that of a Jobseeker or Employer, or if you wish to purchase Dialurban services that utilize the Site, you must have a prior written agreement with Dialurban to do so, or have accepted Dialurban’s online terms of service.
You agree not to access our site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Dialurban, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate, written agreement with Dialurban. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this Agreement.
You must not use our site for any activities / action that is damaging in nature like Send, upload, distribute or disseminate any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content, or offer to do the same. Dialurban may block the transmission of such content or action.
