Job Title: Client Servicing Head Reports to: CEO/Managing Director Department: Client Servicing Location: Bhubaneshwar Job Summary: The Client Servicing Head will lead the client servicing team, foster strong client relationships, develop and implement marketing strategies, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client servicing, team leadership, and business development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their marketing objectives and provide tailored solutions. 2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of account managers, account executives, and coordinators to ensure exceptional client service. 3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop pitches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win new clients. 4. Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that meet clients' objectives and drive business results. 5. Account Planning: Oversee the development of account plans, including marketing objectives, target audience, and media strategies. 6. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction. 7. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions. Performance Metrics: 1. Agency reputation and thought leadership Skills and Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. 2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on client servicing and account management. 3. Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating teams. 4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies. 6. Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of the advertising industry, digital marketing industry, trends, and emerging technologies. Behavioural Competencies: 1.
